Ingredients:
- 2 cups mango
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup light coconut milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions:
- Put mango and water into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a pitcher.
- Add yogurt, coconut milk, honey and chia seeds to a bowl and mix until well blended.
- Layer the mango mixture and yogurt-chia blend into the Popsicle molds, first pouring the mango, then yogurt, and topping again with the mango.
- Secure the top on the Popsicle mold and place a stick into each one.
- Refrigerate for four hours.
