Recipe: Mango Chia Yogurt Popsicles

  1. Put mango and water into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a pitcher.
  2. Add yogurt, coconut milk, honey and chia seeds to a bowl and mix until well blended.
  3. Layer the mango mixture and yogurt-chia blend into the Popsicle molds, first pouring the mango, then yogurt, and topping again with the mango.
  4. Secure the top on the Popsicle mold and place a stick into each one.
  5. Refrigerate for four hours.
  6. Enjoy!
