  1. Combine Super Sweet Corn, mint , olive oil, salt and pepper in  medium bowl.
  2. Grill watermelon slices and arrange on a platter.
  3. Meanwhile, bring balsamic vinegar to a boil and simmer 5 minutes or until reduced by half.
  4. Top grilled watermelon with corn mixture and drizzle with balsamic syrup.
