Fall Inspired Pumpkin Dishes

Fall has officially arrived! Which means pumpkins and gourds are popping up on tabletops, in doorways and on front porches – and pumpkin-spiced-everything is taking over menus and grocery stores. We love this trend in fall fruit (yes, pumpkins are a fruit!) because pumpkins contain flowers, seeds and flesh that are edible and rich in vitamins, potassium and fiber.

Here are some of our favorite fall-inspired pumpkin dishes:
