Workout at Home: Top (Free) YouTube Trainers

Great news: the Interwebs are full of free exercise videos. Bad news: the Interwebs are full of free exercise videos. To save you from falling down a YouTube rabbit hole looking for great workout videos, we’ve compiled five of our favorite YouTube trainers:

  1. Fitness Blender – Daniel and Kelli are a husband and wife team with more than 300 free full-length workout videos focused on high intensity interval training (HIIT), cardio and strength training. Their videos range from a quick five-minute fat blaster to more intense 1,000-calorie workouts, and everything in between. We love the fact that there’s no music in their videos, so you can listen to whatever gets you pumped up and moving as you follow along.

  1. Blogilates – Certified fitness trainer Cassey Ho is peppy, perky and colorful, which keeps this workout experience fun! She’s always chatting, which helps when you need a little extra motivation to keep moving. And her monthly calendars telling you when to do which activities make sticking to a workout program easy.

  1. XHIT Daily – Instructors Kelsey Lee, Cynthia Dallas and Rebecca-Louise Smith are engaging and motivating. We love that they offer a new workout video every day and we adore anyone who promises to help give us the legs of Jennifer Lawrence and the butt of Beyoncé.

  1. Nike Women – With inspiring videos about challenging yourself, the best worst seat at the gym and your best intentions, it’s hard not to be inspired to work your way through these videos. The Nike Training Club videos will help you to get toned, get lean and get strong.

  1. ReebokONE & Fitness – With a variety of expert contributors – like founder of Real Strength TV Jeremy Shore, premier performance coach Mike Robertson and Chicago’s “Best Personal Trainer” Melissa diLeonardo – you will have your choice of trainers and video locations to make the workout even more interesting. What we love about this Reebok channel are the number of videos that not only guide you through specific workouts, but will explain the benefits of things like bench pressing, timing your protein with your workout and even various breathing exercises.

We’re big fans of these 3 burpee variations with Melissa diLeonardo:
