Recipe: Strawberry Banana Sorbet

As the temperature outside begins to rise, we are always on the lookout for ways to lighten up our meals. Which is why we are in love with this simple, light Strawberry Banana Sorbet – perfect for the warmer days ahead.

Creamy and smooth, this easy recipe is made with only four ingredients … and takes just minutes to make! The bananas and strawberries are blended until smooth, and the almond milk is added in for a bit of extra creaminess. The natural sweetness of the fruit means no added sugar. All that stands between you and this sorbet is a food processor. Now that’s sweet!

Pro tip: Garnish your sorbet with whatever your heart desires: toasted coconut, nuts, dark chocolate chips, etc.




  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. The consistency should be like sorbet.
  2. Transfer to a freezer-safe container large enough to hold 2 cups, and freeze for at least 3 hours.
  3. Scoop with an ice cream scoop and serve cold.
