Spa-aaaah! Water
Ingredients:
1 medium cucumber
1 large handful of fresh mint
2 lemons
1 tsp of fresh ginger
Directions: Wash the fruit. Slice up the cucumber and add it to a large pitcher of water filled up about ¾ of the way with ice water. Cut one of the lemons in half and squeeze the juice from it into the water. Slice the other lemon and drop the slices into the pitcher. Throw in a handful of fresh mint and the grated ginger, and voila, refreshing water that will keep you hydrated all year long.
