These Oven ‘Fried’ Chicken Thighs from Walmart are an inventive take on regular fried chicken. The multigrain chip “breading” provides an added crunch and the yogurt marinade helps to lock in moisture. You can even get the kids involved by having them help coat the chicken in crushed chips. It’s sure to become a family favorite!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Great Value nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs (about 1-1/2 pounds) skin removed
- 2 cups Great Value Hearty Grains MultiGrain Snack Chips, Sea Salt flavor (about 2 ounces)
Directions:
- Combine yogurt, lemon juice and pepper. Pour over chicken thighs in a nonmetal dish or re-sealable plastic food storage bag, turning to coat well with yogurt mixture. Refrigerate 30-60 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Place crushed chips in a shallow dish.
- Remove chicken thighs from marinade; discard marinade.
- Dip chicken in crushed chips, coating all sides, and place on a rimmed baking sheet, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. (If using Bran Flakes, spray coat chicken with nonstick cooking spray too).
- Bake in the center of the preheated oven until chicken is cooked through and registers 165° F, about 25-28 minutes.
