Recipe: Orange, Pumpkin Seed & Smoked Almond Granola

Nothing quite beats the crunch and flavor of homemade granola, not to mention the sweet and savory aroma it leaves wafting around the kitchen. With so many varieties, you can tweak any recipe to fit your tastes. This orange, pumpkin seed and smoked almond granola recipe from Cooking Light fulfills all of our seasonal fall cravings.

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well with a spatula. Spread mixture on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake at 325° for 26 minutes. Cool completely.
