Recipe: One Pot Tuscan Chicken and Bean Skillet

  1. Combine Italian seasoning and garlic powder in small cup. Set aside.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons Country Crock® Spread in large skillet over high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until browned. Remove chicken to a plate and sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon of the seasoning mixture.
  3. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons Spread in same skillet over medium-high heat and cook beans, stirring occasionally, until beans begin to brown, about 3 minutes. Stir in zucchini and remaining seasoning mix and cook, stirring, until combined.
  4. Add water and chicken to skillet and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, until most of the water has evaporated but mixture is still saucy, about 5 minutes.
