Recipe: Grilled Orange Glazed Broccoli & Cauliflower

The return of grilling season means a quick and easy way to prepare your meal, even your sides! That’s why we love this Grilled Orange Glazed Broccoli and Cauliflower from Birds Eye. It makes a great side dish at a barbecue or could even works as an alternative entrée for vegetarians.

Grilled vegetables have complex, developed flavors while the garlic, orange juice and honey make the broccoli and cauliflower delectable for all ages!

Pro Tip: Preheat the grill to medium heat before cooking. Instead of placing vegetables in aluminum foil, you can also place in a grilling basket for more of a crisp, smoky taste.

Directions:

  1. Blend garlic, orange juice, honey, orange peel, salt and pepper in small bowl.
  2. Place frozen Broccoli Florets & Cauliflower in center of aluminum foil.
  3. Evenly pour orange juice mixture over vegetables. Wrap tightly. Double wrap with second piece of foil.
  4. Place on grill and cook, shaking foil packet side to side occasionally, 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
