Recipe: Greek Yogurt & Fruit Puree Popsicles

A completely nutritious and refreshing frozen treat that will help you cool down this summer, AND is healthy enough to give your kids for breakfast? It’s possible and easy with these three-ingredient Greek Yogurt and Fruit Puree Popsicles!

These popsicles are completely guilt free and a way to indulge without actually indulging. An added bonus? Because the fruit is sweet enough by itself, these treats don’t include any added sugar. Feel free to mix it up and try different fruit and berry variations such as mango, raspberries, blueberries and peach – the sky is the limit!

Pro Tip: For a bit of added sweetness, we love this recipe using Dannon’s Oikos Greek Vanilla Yogurt. Because we know these will quickly become a family favorite, make sure you have plenty of Popsicle molds on hand, such as these from Walmart!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Use a food processor to pulse the fruits separately. Make purees out of the strawberries and kiwi and transfer to 2 bowls.
  2. In a separate bowl, add Greek yogurt. Add 2 tablespoons of each fruit puree and mix to combine. This will sweeten the yogurt without over-sweetening it.
  3. Layer the yogurt, and fruit purees in the Popsicle molds. Secure the tops on the Popsicle molds and freeze for several hours, until firm.
