Recipe: Very Berry Water

WaterWeek 3

Flowers in bloom, warmer temperatures and an abundance of gorgeous fruit, like ripe berries, can only mean one thing: Spring is here. This recipe calls for raspberries and blackberries, but you could also use blueberries, blackberries or strawberries to suit your taste:

Very Berry Water

Ingredients:

1 cup raspberries

1 cup blackberries

2 limes

Directions: Gently muddle the berries with a wooden spoon and add them to a 2-quart pitcher of fresh ice water. Squeeze in the juice of 1 lime. Slice up the remaining lime into rounds and drop some in for color. Sit back, relax, and refresh.

Note: The flavors will intensify the longer you keep the water, up to 3 days, in the fridge.
