Pepsico Chairman and CEO Indra Nooyi: “Healthy food tastes as good as ‘junk food’ – it tastes awesome!”

Self magazine Editor-in-Chief Joyce Chang: “Make the idea of going to the gym or eating veggies a part of your daily vocab.”

James Beard Award-Winning Chef and Author of “Cook Your Butt Off!” Rocco DiSpirito: “Perhaps once a week you can explore your neighborhood on a bike.”

Hampton Creek Director of Innovation (and former Top Chef contestant!) Chris Jones: “Vegetables give you superpowers. Green beans make you taller. Broccoli makes you stronger. Carrots make you see better. Cauliflower makes you run faster.”

NBA Hall-of-Famer and President’s Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition Member Alonzo Mourning: “Flexibility is the fountain of youth.”

Top DC Dietitian and Fitness Expert Rebecca Scritchfield: “When you take a bite, chew it really good so you can taste all the delicious flavor.”
