Fun & Easy Ways to #DrinkH2O

For the past two years, Drink Up has #spreadthewater far and wide, reminding millions of people to #DrinkH20. In honor of its 2nd birthday, we’ve compiled some of our favorite tips for making it both fun and easy to drink more #H2Ofcourse!

  1. Water, water everywhere. Keep a reusable water bottle in your car, gym bag and at work so you’ve always got H2O on hand. S’well bottles will keep your water cold for 24 hours without getting everything in your bag wet from condensation. These Vapur Bottles can be flattened and folded up when empty, making it easy and convenient for water on the go. Also check out the limited edition Quiksilver Vapur.
  1. Two for one. When you go to fill up at a water fountain or faucet, fill your glass with water, drink it, then fill it again before you leave. In case you forget, these Drink Up glasses will be a good reminder!
  1. Sip, baby sip. You’d be surprised how much water you’ll drink when you use a straw. Keep a box of straws or a water bottle with a built-in straw on your desk at work so you can easily sip throughout the day. Curly, colorful straws can also make drinking water more fun for kids!
  1. It’s water time. Set an alarm on your phone or computer to remind yourself to drink a glass of water throughout the day. Try to do it first thing in the morning and before you go to bed so it becomes part of your daily routine, just like brushing your teeth.
  1. Jazz it up. Add cut up fruit to give your water some natural flavor without the added sugar. Follow @vosswater for #fruitinfusionfridays inspiration (plus the colors look pretty in their clear glass bottles!). Or, if you don’t have the time, let Hint Water do the work for you.
  1. Be on the lookout. Keep an eye out for the Drink Up Drop on our partners’ bottled water and in a wide variety of retail locations. When you see it, give water some extra love and Drink Up!
